c) What should I do after I purchase an SSL certificate from your website ?

To purchase and activate an SSL certificate on our website, please provide the following information to our support team:

  1. Specifying the domain name, whether it’s a main domain or a subdomain, which can be www.yourdomain.com for the main domain and support.yourdomain.com for the subdomain, and the wildcard SSL option, which can be *.yourdomain.com. 
  2. Generate the CSR code on your web server using the specified domain name as the common name, and select a key of at least 2048 bits during the process.
  3.  Create the email address: hostmaster[at]yourdomain.com, which is necessary for SSL verification.
  4. Specify the type of web server they are using, such as Windows IIS or WHM cPanel.
