a) How do I enable and check the attachment of files to ticket settings in Smarter Track ?

1. First, log into Smarter Track.

2. Then, click on the Settings icon.

3. After that, select Security from the Configuration header of the navigation pane.

4. Next, click the “Uploads” tab.

5. Then, ensure all extensions are listed under “Document upload extensions allowed in HTML editor (one per line)”. To enable all extensions, use the “.*” wildcard character, which is the default.

6. Finally, save your changes.
