2. Then, click the “Add Autoresponder” button and navigate to “Modify/Add Autoresponders“.

3. After that, select the character set which is UTF-8 and specify the number of hours to wait between responses to the same email address to prevent multiple email responses to the same user.

4. Next, enter your email, select the domain to add the autoresponder to and enter the sender name for outgoing emails, either your or your company’s name.

5. Then, enter a subject for the outgoing email, either the same as the incoming email by adding %subject% or provide a custom subject.

6. Afterwards, enter the email’s body and you may use %from% for the sender’s name, if available, and %email% for the email address. If using HTML in your email body, check the This message contains HTML checkbox.

7. Next, select a start date, end date and time, and choose whether to start immediately or at a specific time to schedule an autoresponder email. You can also choose to stop emails on specific days or never.

8. Finally, click the Create/Modify button to create the autoresponder.

b) How to edit or delete an email autoresponder in cPanel
