My domain name is NOT registered/transferred to/by SiteGround, can I renew it with WebServer?

Unfortunately, we are unable to renew the domain that is not registered or transferred to WebServer.

Only the Registrar of a domain name has the rights to renew it. For .MY domain cases, only the registered Invoicing Party of the domain has the rights to renew the domain.
