a) How to install the Live Chat plugin in WordPress

1. Log in to WordPress, then on the menu on the left side of the dashboard, click the “Plugins” button, and then click the “Add New” button.

2. Then, search for the “LiveChat” plugin in the search box and click the “Install Now” button.

3. After that, activate the “Live Chat” plugin through the WordPress plugins menu.

4. Next, click on the LiveChat menu that appears on the left side of the dashboard.

5. Finally, create a new account on LiveChat. If you already have an account, you can log in now.
