Installing the OneDrive App: Step-by-Step Guide

To work on your desktop, download the OneDrive desktop app and add the OneDrive folder to your File Explorer. Move files to this folder, and they’re automatically uploaded to OneDrive, accessible from anywhere. You can remotely access any files on your computer.

a) Install OneDrive for computer device

1. First, visit the OneDrive Microsoft website and select Download OneDrive for Windows.

2. Then, open it and follow the instructions to install OneDrive.

3. Finally, OneDrive is installed on your computer, and the folder will be added to your Windows Explorer.

b) Install OneDrive for mobile device

OneDrive offers mobile apps for iOS, Android, and Windows Phone for accessing files on the go, but it does not allow editing or creating new documents.
