b) Is your web hosting account name-based or IP-based?

Our web hosting plans are shared, allowing hosting sites to share a single IP address and direct site traffic to the appropriate account. Most applications do not require an IP-based account, except for anonymous FTP and unique scripts. To switch from name-based to IP-based, you can purchase a unique IP address.

c) How do I monitor my disk space and bandwidth usage?

The cPanel or Plesk control panel allows you to monitor disk space and bandwidth usage.

d) Do I need to register a domain name for my web hosting?

A domain name is the address of your website, which is accessible to visitors on the Internet. An international domain name could be .com/org/net, while a country-specific domain name could be .com.my. If you don’t have a domain name, you may need to register one.
