cPanel Email allows users to create multiple email accounts for various purposes. As the number of accounts increases, each account needs to be opened to view incoming emails. To address this, users can forward emails from one account to another, discard or send them to a program and forward all emails from one domain to another.

a) How to create an email forwarder in cPanel

4. Next, select the desired destination and input the desired email address. If you want to discard the message and provide a failure message to the sender, you can tick the Discard and Send an error to the sender checkbox and customize the message in the text box.

5. In the Advance Options section, select Forward to a system account in the Advanced Options section and enter the system account name. If you want to send the email to a program, choose “Pipe to a program” and enter the program’s pathname and file extension. Then, select “Discard” to discard the email without any action.

6. Finally, click the Add Forwarder button to save the changes.
