If you encounter any interface issues, you may need to switch from Internet Explorer document mode to IE8 mode. Note: Using Internet Explorer 8, your document mode may be set to either IE6 or IE7.

a) How to change IE “Document Mode” to IE 8 in Smarter Stats ?

1. First, open Internet Explorer.

2. Then, click on the F12 button to open the developer tools.

3. Next, navigate to Internet Explorer 8 Standard to change the Document Mode setting in the top bar of the browser.

4. Afterwards, the page will automatically reload.

5. Finally, close the developer tools.
