How to lock/unlock my domain name?

The Locked status of the domain name is one of the safeguards to prevent it from being transferred away without your authorization. However, you are required to disable the Registrar Lock if you wish to initiate a domain transfer. We strongly advise to keep the Registrar Lock enabled once domain transfer is completed. 

If your domain is registered by WebServer you can lock/unlock your domain name from:

Client Area Page > Domains > My Domain > Click Manage Domain > Registrar Lock

If you have problems locking/unlocking your domain, ask your host/registrar for assistance.
