a) Can I move an SSL certificate from one server to a new server ?

Yes, you can create a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR) on a new server and reissue the existing SSL certificate in your storefront account, which is free of charge.

b) What if I lose or accidentally delete the SSL certificate private key on the server ?

If you lose your private key, you can reissue your SSL certificate by generating a new Certificate Signing Request (CSR) on the server, which generates a new private key. Reissue the certificate in your storefront account and install it on your server, as there’s no cost or fee for this process.

c) I have lost my storefront account login credentials, including my username. What should I do ?

d) I have completed the verification process but have not received the certificate. What should I do ?

The Certificate Authority (CA) sends the certificate to the technical contact email address on your order after verification. You can download the certificate in your storefront account by logging in, clicking the certificate order ID, and clicking the “Download Certificate” button.

e) What if I “fail security clearance” ?
