Retrieving Password for .MY Domain

Forgetting a password for a certain site is a common thing. If you have lost the password for your .MY domain, you can follow these steps to retrieve it.

Note that you may need to verify the email address registered for your domain through the MyNIC WHOIS checker.

1. Login to MyNIC SELFCARE portal.
2. Click on Forgot password.
3. Enter your Domain name, Email address and perform Security challenge.
   
4. Click on Reset Password button.
5. Your username for your domain will be sent to the contact email address.
6. In the email, you will receive a link to reset the password. The link provided is valid for 7 days and it can be used for once.
7. A notification page to inform that the password has been reset successfully. You will receive an email notification for the creation of a new password.
