Troubleshooting HTTP Error 503 in Smarter Track: Service Unavailability Solutions

Smarter Track’s reporting section may prompt authentication or display HTTP Error 503, indicating the service is unavailable.

a) How do I solve HTTP Error 503 in Smarter Track ?

1. First, click Start, then click All Programs to select SQL Server 200*, and then click Configuration Tools to select Reporting Services Configuration Manager.

2. If it is stopped, click Start on the report server.

3. Then, click on the Report Manager URL, and then click the Advanced button.

4. After that, select the current IP address of the Report Manager and click Edit.

5. Next, change the TCP port to an available port number that Smarter Track is not running on, and click OK.

6. Finally, click OK and exit.
