Domain name transfer status explained

If you are an existing WebServer customer and you have ordered a domain name transfer to us, you can check the status of the transfer from your Client Area > Domains > My Domains.

When the domain transfer has been initiated, you will see an orange label “Pending Transfer” and a domain transfer status that explains the state of your domain transfer process.

Here is an explanation of each domain transfer status:

  • Pending Transfer – The status means that the administrative should have received an email with instructions to confirm the transfer. The status is maintained until transfer order has been submitted and it is pending final confirmation from the previous registrar before the transfer is completed.Active – Transfer domain is completed.
  • Active – The status means the domain transfer is complete successfully.

If the status failed, please check with your administrative for further clarification.
