Comprehensive Guide to Backing Up Google Workspace Drive Content

Google Workspace uses primary data backups for disaster recovery and business continuity, ensuring high reliability and preventing data restoration upon customer request.

a) How do I recover the entire drive in Google Workspace ?

1. First, click on Google Workspace.

2. To restore backup data from multiple Google Workspace organizations in the Network Protection Service, select the organization whose data you want to restore. Otherwise, skip this step.

3. Then, expand the Users node, select All Users, and click Recovery. If the user has been deleted, select them in the Cloud App Backups section and click Show Backups. You can search by name, but wildcards are not supported.

5. Next, click “Recover” to select the entire drive.

6. If the original organization is no longer registered, select a new one from the available registered organizations.
