How to transfer your domain name to another registrar?

You may follow these steps to transfer your domain name to another registrar

Unlock the domain

  • For non .my domain, change the Registrar Lock status on the Client Area page. 

Get the EPP code 

  • If you unable to get the EPP code, please contact our Sales Support for assistance

Initiate  the transfer

  • You can provide EPP code obtained to the new domain registrar to initiate the domain transfer. Check the administrative email for your domain.
