How can I sign up?

Signing up with WebServer.com.my is easy! You may place your order online for Web Site hosting services at the following address: http://order.webserver.com.my

Once you order is approved and payment is in placed, you will receive a notification mail from support@webserver.com.my indicating that your account is set up. This email will contain important account information, such as domain name transfer / registration time frames, account login information and links to our support area for help. Of course you may always call us with any questions you might have at 2032 ACME (2032 2263) or send an email to us at support@webserver.com.my!

How can I make my payment during sign up?

For your convenience, we do accept the following payment methods.

(a) Walk-in Payment
You are welcome to make your payment on Cash, Cheque or Credit Card at our office. Please call us 2032 ACME (2032 2263) and visit us at our Operation Office during office hour. Our address is as follow:

50200 Kuala Lumpur.

(b) Credit or Charge Cards
Major Credit Cards, include Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Please use our online order form or go to www.Maybank2U.com, click <Sign On>, <Online Bill Payment>, <Open Payment>, then at the Corporate Name, please select <WebServer.com.my>. Then click <next>, insert your domain name at  the <Domain Name> and the <amount> of course.

Then click <next> to complete the transaction.

ii. RHB Online BillPay
If you are a RHB Online Banking user, you may pay using this service.

Please use or go to www.rhbbank.com, click <Online Banking>, <PayBills>, <Bill Payment>, then at the Biller pull down menu, please select <WebServer.com.my (Acme)>. Then click <next>, insert your domain name at  the <Domain Name> and the <amount> of course.

Then click <next> to complete the transaction.

Do you help us to register a new domain name?

Yes, registration of domain name is part of our duty. We will assist you in registering your domain name. More information on domain name registration, click here.

 I have already registered a domain name with another provider. Do you charge me additional service fee for the transfer?

No, there will not be any other additional service charge domain name transfer. Instead, we will help you in the domain name transfer for FREE. More information on domain name transfer, click here.

How soon I can start to use my account?

Barring any unforeseen circumstances, your site may be registered as early as the same day up to 3 days after submission. InterNIC or MYNIC registration and processing may take between 24 - 72 hours. 

Once your account is activated, you will receive a notification E-mail from support@webserver.com.my with your relevant account information. You may start using the account right away!
