Server relocation involving Smartermail server with the IP address 202.190.202.163

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to inform that, there will be a server relocation involving the mail server with the IP 202.190.202.163 on the following date/time:-

Date: 1st Oct 2009
Time: 9:30pm

This process is transparent where by there will be no downtime during the relocation process. However, for the user that currently using IP to access to our services or running an Internal Email Server in the office, kindly update the IP accordingly as shown below:-

Current IP:
202.190.202.163

New IP:
124.150.140.163

There will be no issues for the user that using domain name to access to our services as the IP will be updated from our end.
