Weekdays: Monday to Fridays
Weekends: Alternate Saturday rest-day
Hours: Full-time
IT Technical Support Personnel
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with technical issues via phone, email & messaging system
- Study customer/issue patterns, forecast potential problems, and create relevant processes
- Managing data center visits in KL & Cyberjaya
- Proactively manage technical issue with one-call resolution
- Server installation, administration and maintenance
- Bandwidth and network analysis
- Software troubleshooting and installations
- Security application administrations
- Ensuring all systems are running a utmost optimization
- Work closely with Customer Care Team and Systems Administrators
- Work in a team environment dedicated to providing new experience for clients
Qualification:
- Minimum Degree in Computer Studies or equivalent
- Familiar with Windows Server 2003, Linux OS and hosting control panels
- Competent in ASP, asp.net, PHP, MySQL and MS-SQL
- Experience with Joomla, Drupal or Wordpress will be an added advantage
- Minimum 1 year working experience as IT or Network Support
- Trustworthy Male or Female age 31 and below with internet access at home
- Independent, hardworking and lot of drive to succeed
- Must be able to work as a team and like to learn new things while helping the clients
- Courteous, polite and pleasant telephone skills
- Fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Prepare to work long hours, weekend included

IT Customer Support Personnel (Indoor)
Responsibilities:
- Assist client with technical issues via phone, email & messaging system

Web Designer
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and designing of creative websites
- Maintaining of existing websites
- Developing eye catching online banner advertisements
- HTML, ASP and PHP script coding
- Search Engine Optimization
- Work closely with marketing and support department to exceed customer expectation
Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma in IT, Computer Art & Graphic, Creative Multimedia or related fields.
- Experience in using Macromedia Flash, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
- Proficient in English Language with the ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Experience in Joomla, Drupal, WordPress and other CMS system is preferred.
- Interest in Marketing will be an added advantage.
- Possess positive working attitude with strong commitment in meeting tight project deadline

Web Developer
Responsibilities:
- Plan, designs, develops and provide direction in the development of Web/Internet base user interface applications
- Identifies innovative ways to transform current applications to the Web, making maximum use of emerging technologies.
- Ensures Web/Internet interfaces are fully tested prior to operational turn-over.
- Ensures established release timelines are met in a timely manner.
- Determines problem and corrective action necessary to resolve problems related to Web/Internet interfaces.
- Translates all problems or suggestions for improvement of existing or new systems to the appropriate person.
- Uses creativity and a high degree of technical and professional judgement in order to resolve software problems in non-routine situations.
Qualification:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Science & Technology, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required skills: Knowledge and experience with website design, HTML, DHTML, JavaScript, database development, relational database design, and database protocols. CMS application such as Joomla, Drupal and Wordpress, Java, PHP, C#, MYSQL, PHP, asp.NET, CSS.
- Must be able to address HTML and scripting compatibility issues between different browsers and computing platforms.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
