I would also like to commend you, that whoever you tied up your services with has proven to have an excellent working relationship with your company, as I have not suffered any down time on my email more than 10 minutes, and on only two or three occasions over the last two years. I have been approached by other companies with offers of hosting at prices half your charges at times, but I always remember, proven service, reliability and honesty is certainly worth paying ten times more. Secondly, to save a few dollars, I run the risk of compromising my emails which at times has content that deals with millions of dollars, and our clints being BMW we certainly cannot afford this".
